Pharmacopedia Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in California. We build zero-profit, open-source tools for clinicians, researchers, and learners of all stripes.

The Collective was incorporated as a California nonprofit public benefit corporation on May 30, 2026. On June 11, 2026 the IRS recognized it as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3), effective from the day of incorporation, so donations to the Collective are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • Pharmacopedia

    Temporarily offline; back soon.

    Pharmacopedia is a reference for medicines broadly, and especially those that affect the mind. It covers pharmaceuticals as well as plant and fungal medicines, and it is written for healers who want to use these medicines safely and wisely.

  • Oyami

    Oyami is a platform for humans to connect in a structured way geared toward healing: regularly scheduled meetings built around goals and self-improvement. Its clinician edition gives clinicians a free platform, built for HIPAA compliance, to meet with their people: bloat-free and elegant.

  • PubSci

    Temporarily offline; back soon.

    PubSci is a completely open platform for publishing scientific articles without the bloat and bureaucracy of typical journals. Reviewers sign their reviews and build a public review history; authors can be as anonymous as they choose.

  • Trykl

    Trykl connects people who have more money than they need with folks who can use it. Money moves from one person to the other through Stripe, at low cost; the Collective never takes a cut. Transfers on Trykl are personal gifts between people, not donations to the Collective, and are not tax-deductible. It is our effort to put a dent in the income inequality that plagues our country.

Everything we build is free to use, with no ads, no paid tiers, and no fees, forever; that promise is written into our Bylaws and founding resolutions. One account works across all four pillars. The Collective is built by its founder, Mark Elliott, MD, with invited experts and volunteers, and it runs on donations.
